Ricardo Nunez, MBA
Fluent bilingual English and Spanish and with over 25 years of experience in supply chain management, I am a seasoned and goal-oriented Senior leader who excels in developing and executing supply and demand strategies for CPG industries that optimize inventory, reduce costs, and enhance resilience. Expertise in change management, culture transformation, operational excellence projects, agile project management, inventory management, negotiation, and warehouse operations. My passion is leadership development and entrepreneurship.

Mayte C. Nunez
Hi! I'm a junior at Champion High School, where I’m all about playing the viola and listening to Sabrina Carpenter. I’m also in the Entrepreneurship/Incubator program, which is super exciting because I get to bring what I learn into our family business at Shine.
At Shine, I’m really into making sure every customer feels like they’re our number one priority. I’ve learned that focusing on the little details is what makes the biggest difference—whether it’s in music or in making sure our clients’ spaces truly shine. Working here lets me see firsthand how quality and care go hand in hand. Plus, it’s pretty cool to be able to practice what I’m learning at school in a real-world setting.
Oh, and when I’m not at school or work, I’m probably hanging out with my bunny, Beau. He’s the cutest (and hungriest) little guy ever!.
